Eaco is an acronym for the process that is used for creating amazing business systems.
In setting up a new business system for an organisation, the process has four major steps:
1. Establish - i.e. Establish the system, the structure and functionality required, who is going to be using it and how, as well as all of the business rules.
2. Act - i.e. Use the system to get things done.
3. Communicate - i.e. Let people know who is doing what, when and where.
4. Optimise - i.e. Review what worked, what didn't work and what could work better. Then circle back to Re-Establish a better process.
