The Finance Module is a Finance Management System that enables you to manage all of the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable related to the Invoices related to the Jobs in the Eaco System.

Eaco's Finance Management System is particularly useful and powerful in relation to:

  • Automatically creating your invoices based on your Schedule of Rates;
  • Automatically creating your invoices based upon your Onsell Rules;
  • Automatically creating invoices on behalf of your Suppliers based on their Schedule of Rates;
  • Manage all of the invoices from your Suppliers;
  • Manage all of your invoices;
  • Send these invoices to your accounting system.
