The Eaco System enables you to apply general settings for your Organisation's Quotes and Invoices. This is to provide flexibility in the customisation of Quotes and Invoices. For example, do you want all line items added to a quote/invoice to include GST? Do you want to automatically attach a file (e.g. generic terms) to a quote? On the PDF of invoices, do you want to show the Qty and Unit columns? Do you want to customise the format of Invoice Numbers? Do you want Invoice Numbers to be set to start at a specific value? To create general settings for your Organisation's Quotes and Invoices, locate the Works Management Client button in the top right corner of the navigation bar within your Organisation's Control Centre. Here you will find a section within the menu that has a section dedicated to Finance settings. Click Quotes and Invoices and within this area, complete the field in order to establish the types of settings you wish to attach to your Organisation's Quotes and Invoices.
