How do I add files to a Job?

Retrieve the Job Card for posted job by Searching for it using the Job Number or Name or via the Boards menu in your Eaco Control Centre by searching within the All Jobs Board or the specific Workflow Board. Here you will find a section within the menu that has a section dedicated to Files. Within this area, you will find menu items that will enable you to upload any type of file. To add add a file, click on All Files and and locate the button within top right corner of that screen in order to complete the Upload File wizard or alternatively if you wish to add a link to a website, click on the Add Link button. There is a separate menu item for Links, which will provide you with a list of any website links that have been added to the Job and within this section, you will also have access to the Add Link button.
