Yes you can. You can send a customer a link to a map with your live location (or the live location of the Supplier that you have allocated the job to) so that they can see how far away you are and anticipate your arrival as you get closer.


To send a customer a Live Tracking Map, on the Job Card in the Control Centre, click the + button on the top right hand corner of the Job Card. From the drop-down list select "Send Live Tracking Map" and the Eaco System will SMS a link to your Live Tracking Map to your customer.
